Elizabeth Estabrooks enjoys the speculative side of science almost as much as the real thing. Over the years, she has studied and worked in mechanical engineering and geology. She has also spent enough time on boats of various shapes and sizes to know there’s nothing better than a day on the water. (Though, she’d rather sleep on dry land with a comfortable mattress.) Her short fiction has appeared in Mad Scientist Journal as well as the anthologies Time Travel Short Stories (Flame Tree Publishing) and Spring Into SciFi: 2022 Edition.
