M. J. McClymont is a writer of horror fiction and weird tales.  He has written numerous short stories which have appeared in anthologies, magazines and websites since 2010.  His work has been described as a mix of classic and contemporary, reminiscent of 70s and 80s pulp horror fiction.

Born in Scotland, he was raised in the seaside town of Saltcoats.  He now lives in Kilmarnock, in the county of Ayrshire, a land steeped in history and legend by which he is constantly inspired.
