Kathleen Newton is a homeschooling mother of four who impossibly finds a way to read more than 200 books a year, writes poetry, and can’t stop dreaming up new ideas, especially when she’s desperately trying to sleep. She imbues her stories with fantasy and magical realism, often drawing from her own experiences and eclectic passions. She hates scorpions, loves Dr Pepper and autumn, needs tall trees around her, and would really like to be able to fly. While she aspires to publish more stories and books, her greatest desire is for people to find themselves in her work and know they are not alone.
